Mattone Azure Gloss Tiles

Description

Mattone Azure, deep ocean blue with a handmade character. Mattone Azure has a rippled, high-gloss glaze that pools and breaks across each tile, so light moves over the wall like water. No two tiles are the same, and the result looks like hand-glazed zellige but has the durability of Italian porcelain.

The slim 6 × 24cm size works well in shower enclosures, kitchen splashbacks and feature walls. Lay it in a vertical stack to add height, as shown, or use brick bond or herringbone for a more traditional look. It looks particularly good with brushed brass or bronze brassware, warm timber and pale terrazzo or stone floors. Mix tiles from several boxes as you lay them to get the full natural shade variation.
