There are no fixed rules for designing a spa bathroom, so it’s very much up to how much space you have available, your budget, timescale, and personal preferences. It could be something as simple as installing some mosaic effect tiles in soothing tones of blue or green, and adding some soft fluffy towels.
If you have a bigger space and budget, you may wish to incorporate a free-standing roll top bath for long relaxing soaks in candlelight, maybe with some gentle music playing in the background. The trend will also apply to metal fixtures and fittings, with increased use of warmer brushed brass, bronze, and gold for taps, rails, and other finishings instead of chrome or silver nickel.
